SB 94 will be heard in the Senate Public Safety Committee April 11th

The first date to save in seeing SB94 through the legislative process on its way to Governor Gavin Newsom's signature starts Tuesday April 11th. The bill gets its first hearing in the California Senate in front of the Senate Public Safety Committee. The hearing starts at 930am PT, and SB94 is listed as the second bill on the posted agenda for the hearing.
Due to COVID, the ability to attend the hearing in person will be limited, so the best way for you to signal your support and provide testimony for SB94 is to send a Position Letter.
